Common questions
Where can I use LvZen?
In your browser at app.levelzen.co.uk. Android and iPhone apps are on their way.
I can't sign in.
Email us from the address you signed up with, and we'll help you back in.
Can I share LvZen with the people I live with?
Yes. Make a sphere for your household, family who live elsewhere, or friends, and invite them in. Your household decides what each person can see, area by area. If an invite doesn't work, email us and we'll sort it out.
How do I delete my account?
Ask us to delete your account at any time. Email enquiry@braw.tech from the address you signed up with and we'll do it.
